Why India’s NIA detained six Ukrainians & one American under UAPA law; Kyiv demands consular access

A Delhi special court has sent six Ukrainian nationals and one US citizen to 11 days of NIA custody in a case linked to alleged militant drone training near India’s northeast border. Investigators say the suspects travelled to Mizoram, crossed into Myanmar and trained with armed groups.
