‘Defence production soars to record Rs 1.78 lakh crore’: Rajnath Singh at Vibrant Gujarat

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said at the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in Vadodara that India’s defence production has achieved a record level of Rs 1.78 lakh crore, while defence exports have reached Rs 38,424 crore. Singh said, "great nations stand on three strong pillars" — economic strength, technological capability and national security — and highlighted the defence sector’s role in supporting industry and innovation.
