India celebrates 1st day of Sawan; Heavy footfall at temples, CM Yogi and Diya Kumari offer prayers
Devotees thronged Shiva temples across India on the first day of the holy month of Sawan, offering prayers and participating in rituals. Prominent leaders including UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Rajasthan Deputy CM Diya Kumari, and Goa Minister Vishwajit Rane also marked the occasion with temple visits and prayers.
