Eight arrested after Manipuri musician beaten to death in Delhi; Manipur CM seeks high-level probe

Delhi Police arrests eight people and apprehends a juvenile after 54-year-old Manipuri musician Chongtham Vikram Singh dies following an alleged assault in Kilokari village over a noise dispute, ANI reports. Manipur CM Yumnam Khemchand seeks a high-level probe from Delhi CM Rekha Gupta and suggests a CBI transfer if needed, while Union Minister Kiren Rijiju says, "Don't Politicise Vikram's Death."
