Delhi: Light rain lashes parts of National Capital, mercury dips further
Parts of Delhi witnessed light rains on Dec 28 adding to biting cold prevailing over North India. Generally cloudy sky with light rain would occur in Delhi-NCR. According to IMD, minimum temperature hovering at 9.0 degree Celsius.
