Prayagraj DM and Police Commissioner's convoy patrolled the area where Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were shot dead on April 15. Mafia-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf Ahmed were shot dead on April 15 while they were being taken for a medical in Prayagraj. Atiq Ahmed was accused in 2005 BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case and also in the Umesh Pal abduction case.
