According to the actor, variety plays a central role in her eating routine. Instead of repeating the same dishes daily, she prefers meals that change frequently so that her diet remains interesting and satisfying. She expressed appreciation for her home cook, Sunita, who prepares a wide range of comforting breakfast options. Her mornings often begin with traditional Indian dishes such as poha, upma, idli paired with sambar, dalia, dosa or bhakri. These meals provide both flavour and nourishment, allowing her to start the day on a wholesome note.
Adequate rest also forms an important part of her wellness routine. She makes sure to get sufficient sleep every night, usually around seven and a half hours. Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule helps her stay refreshed and supports overall health.
Fruit holds a special place in her daily food choices as well. She enjoys a variety of seasonal produce and frequently includes favourites like mango, custard apple, lychee and kala jamun in her diet. These natural treats not only satisfy her sweet cravings but also add nutritional value.
Over time, she has also embraced a vegan lifestyle and developed a strong fondness for vegetables. Simple dishes made with ingredients such as okra are among the foods she enjoys regularly, and she often prefers eating a bowl full of vegetables as part of her meals. During the evening, rather than having traditional milk tea, she opts for a cup of almond milk. Desserts made from almond milk are also among her favourite indulgences.
Interestingly, she admits that flatbread such as roti is not something she particularly enjoys. Instead, she focuses on meals prepared at home and generally avoids dining out frequently, believing that home-cooked food offers better balance and nourishment for everyday living.
