The art of entrepreneurship: Business coach Rajiv Talreja took inputs from 300 CEOs, executives
As part of the seminar, author and business coach Rajiv Talreja’s partner Karan Hasija will teach entrepreneurs how to accelerate the performance of their company.

Rajiv Talreja, the author of the international bestseller 'Lead or Bleed' and India’s leading business coach, has been instrumental in helping thousands of entrepreneurs across the country transform their business results dramatically.
Small to big, most entrepreneurs are struggling for survival and are not even playing the game of growth because their business is dependent on them. They are the driving force behind every single function. Be it marketing, sales, operations, customer service, accounts, human resources or management, an entrepreneur is involved in everything, which is what kills growth of the business. Talreja interviewed 300 CEOs and business leaders from across verticals to find answers to two questions:
1. What is the psychology required to build a successful business?
2. What are the systems required for entrepreneurs to build their business from small to big?
Talreja has taken his learnings from real-life achievers and turned them into simple and practical steps for entrepreneurs and business owners committed to getting out of the trap of survival and struggles to build a truly successful business. To transform any business, one has to understand the psychology and the systems required and make changes which will transform fortunes.
Key to consistency Talreja says that if too many activities and initiatives are dependent on the business owner, then the most natural consequence is that these tasks will not be done with consistency. To produce results, one requires focus. When too many things are dependent on the business owner, he/she will focus only on the burning issues and will end up in only fire-fighting mode. Entrepreneurs do not realise that by fire-fighting, they are only playing the game of survival. Strategic growth of the business then takes a backseat.

In a nutshell, the entrepreneur must learn how to reduce the dependency on himself/herself. Talreja has been instrumental in helping several Indian businesses adopt best practices and practical systems.
At his Business Breakthrough Seminar, Talreja’s partner Karan Hasija shares with entrepreneurs and business owners what is the psychology and what are the focus areas to be able to build the business in a manner where it can grow without the entrepreneur.
These seminars have transformed over a million lives across 11 different cities in India. This Business Breakthrough Seminar is being organised in Mumbai.
