Monday Motivation: Anand Mahindra shares bird’s eye view, asks followers to look at the ‘bigger picture’

According to billionaire Anand Mahindra, the best way to start one’s week is to look at the big picture.

Industrialist Anand Mahindra who is known for sharing his unique thoughts on everything that’s happening in the world, took to his Twitter account to share his Monday motivation for the week. The 67-year-old industrialist shared a short clip offering an aerial view of a canyon. The video captured from a mini-cam hooked to a hawk shows a panoramic view of the landscape. Mahindra called the bird magnificent and hailed the "bird’s eye view".

“A mini-cam hooked on to this magnificent bird allows us to literally get a ‘bird’s eye view.’ I find it useful to start a week by trying to always start with the big picture instead of getting bogged down in the nitty-gritty right away,” read Mahindra’s tweet.

The tweet attracted thousands of likes and retweets. Several users drew comparisons with the hawk and the mythological demi-god Garuda. “King of birds ... Eagle Garuda..wow awesome great flying you have captured... See how this bird coolly cruises in the sky .. what a great controller of a sky flyer...My soulful respect to these birds,” tweeted one user.

Meanwhile, the businessman shared a mesmerising video of a woman chanting a Sanskrit mantra. The short clip features British singer Gabriella Burnel who is famous for her Sanskrit recitation.
