Sharing photographs of her meals on social media, Kaajal Thukral revealed the breakfast options she kept returning to during her 20 kg weight-loss journey. Moong dal dosa with paneer stuffing
The first option on Kaajal's list was a moong dal dosa filled with paneer. The breakfast contained 360 calories, making it the highest-calorie option among the seven meals she shared. It provided 24 g of protein, 28 g of carbohydrates and 6 g of fibre.Besan chilla loaded with vegetables

For Kaajal, finding breakfast options she genuinely enjoyed was an important part of her weight-loss journey. In her caption, she explained that one of the biggest changes she had made over the course of losing 20 kg was discovering meals she actually liked eating. She also addressed her use of weight management injection, and added that it "doesn’t mean food stopped mattering.” She explained that she still needed to find meals that fitted her calorie deficit, kept her full and made it easier to get enough protein every day. Describing why she continued to eat these dishes, Kaajal said the seven breakfasts were meals she had “genuinely repeated over and over”.
