Manish Khera, CEO & Founder, HAPPY feels work from home in these trying times is difficult, but provides space to do a lot more with health and wellness.

The fintech company boss told ET Panache, "I choose to do Pranayama in the morning. I also drink water with mint and cucumber to feel energised. This is an essential routine for me. With gyms shut due to the lockdown, I have picked up going down a flight of stairs as my new exercise routine. I stay on the 38th floor, and every alternate evening, I take all the steps down, walk and climb 11 floors up. It is great exercise for the entire body and feels good."

Breathing exercise and a liquid diet are a must, feels Khera who works out daily in the morning at 8 am for 15 minutes. He also does exercise every alternate evening at 8 pm for around 30-45 minutes.


The HAPPY CEO feels he could have timed his meals better. "The amount of work to be managed the entire day, I did eat during odd intervals," he said. This is something he is hoping to improve once the lockdown ends and he is back at work in the office.
