How Tamannaah Bhatia keeps her fit?
In a recent interaction with The Indian Express, Tamannaah opened up about how she structures her day around food and fitness. She shared that over the years, she has learned to listen closely to her body rather than blindly follow trends. According to the actor, a woman’s body keeps changing with time, and fitness plans need to evolve accordingly. This mindset has helped her stay fit without feeling restricted.Diet, Tamannaah said, plays a central role in how she feels and performs. She revealed that dairy and gluten don’t suit her system, which is why she mostly avoids them. However, she doesn’t believe in complete denial. She admitted that she does indulge occasionally, especially when cravings genuinely hit, stressing that enjoying food mindfully is just as important as eating clean.
Full-day diet routine
Tamannaah’s mornings are intentionally kept simple and comforting. As soon as she wakes up, she starts her day with a glass of water. This is followed by soaked nuts - usually almonds, walnuts, and black raisins - along with some fruit. She also enjoys a dry cappuccino in the morning, which she described as a small ritual that brings her joy. On days when she’s not in the mood for coffee, she happily switches to chai.When it comes to breakfast, the actor keeps things nutritious yet uncomplicated. She usually opts for moong dal chilla or eggs, ensuring she gets a good dose of protein early in the day. Lunch continues the protein focus, often paired with quinoa, which helps her stay full and energized through long work hours.
Dinner, much like lunch, revolves around protein-rich foods. She pairs it with vegetables, salads, and quinoa, keeping the meal nourishing but easy to digest. Overall, Tamannaah emphasised that both her workouts and food choices are flexible, mindful, and intuitive rather than forced.
