Tamannaah Bhatia’s fitness journey is something many fans find easy to relate to. At 36, the actor continues to stay in amazing shape, but she doesn’t believe in extreme diets or rigid routines. Instead, her approach is rooted in balance, self-awareness, and consistency, values that resonate with anyone trying to stay healthy amid a busy life.

How Tamannaah Bhatia keeps her fit?

In a recent interaction with The Indian Express, Tamannaah opened up about how she structures her day around food and fitness. She shared that over the years, she has learned to listen closely to her body rather than blindly follow trends. According to the actor, a woman’s body keeps changing with time, and fitness plans need to evolve accordingly. This mindset has helped her stay fit without feeling restricted.

Diet, Tamannaah said, plays a central role in how she feels and performs. She revealed that dairy and gluten don’t suit her system, which is why she mostly avoids them. However, she doesn’t believe in complete denial. She admitted that she does indulge occasionally, especially when cravings genuinely hit, stressing that enjoying food mindfully is just as important as eating clean.

Full-day diet routine

Tamannaah’s mornings are intentionally kept simple and comforting. As soon as she wakes up, she starts her day with a glass of water. This is followed by soaked nuts - usually almonds, walnuts, and black raisins - along with some fruit. She also enjoys a dry cappuccino in the morning, which she described as a small ritual that brings her joy. On days when she’s not in the mood for coffee, she happily switches to chai.

When it comes to breakfast, the actor keeps things nutritious yet uncomplicated. She usually opts for moong dal chilla or eggs, ensuring she gets a good dose of protein early in the day. Lunch continues the protein focus, often paired with quinoa, which helps her stay full and energized through long work hours.

Her snack choices are light and practical. Tamannaah said she prefers fruits like blueberries or bananas, and sometimes a couple of dates to deal with sweet cravings. These small choices help her avoid unhealthy snacking without feeling deprived.

Dinner, much like lunch, revolves around protein-rich foods. She pairs it with vegetables, salads, and quinoa, keeping the meal nourishing but easy to digest. Overall, Tamannaah emphasised that both her workouts and food choices are flexible, mindful, and intuitive rather than forced.

Tamannaah's work front

On the professional front, Tamannaah was last seen in the web series Do You Wanna Partner, where she shared screen space with Diana Penty, Nakuul Mehta, and Jaaved Jaaferi. She is currently filming for the folk-thriller Vvan - Force of the Forrest, co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. The film, backed by Ektaa R Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures and Arunabh Kumar’s The Viral Fever (TVF), is scheduled to release on May 15, 2026.
