After a year of WFH & Zoom calls, Anand Mahindra has learnt a few ‘power’ lessons
Mahindra's tweet comes as people around the world find themselves adjusting to the WFH culture.

Just like you, Anand Mahindra found himself wondering the same thing, which he then shared with his Twitter followers on Friday.
The Mahindra and Mahindra boss shared a picture with a graph depicting how dropping off from one call to join another makes people feel powerful more than money or status does. Clueless after getting hit by this new piece of "information", the businessman accepted that he himself has said this multiple times before, never realising that it might be interpreted as a power play move.
Mahindra's tweet comes as people around the world find themselves adjusting to the not-so-new-anymore norm of work from home culture, which has not only disrupted the work-life balance but changed professional communication to all-things-virtual. With most people working remotely, keeping the flow of communication smooth and effective has become one of the crucial tasks to fulfill.
Due to which during working hours, many people find themselves juggling between different calls and rushing through meetings, a similar thought reflected by one of the Twitter users on Mahindra's thread.
Replying to the tweet, the person said that it has become challenging for people to attend multiple meeting calls during Covid-19 pandemic.
