Govt of Singapore’s India portfolio: 7 stocks rally up to 135% in CY26

The Government of Singapore (GoS) maintains a significant presence in the Indian stock market and consistently ranks among the top foreign institutional investors (FIIs) by portfolio value. According to its latest shareholding disclosures for the June 2026 quarter, GoS reported investments in 39 Indian listed stocks, with a combined market value of approximately Rs 1,51,353 crore as of July 24, 2026. This represents a decline of nearly 25% from its portfolio value of Rs 1,99,504 crore in December 2025.

In terms of stock performance, around 20 stocks in the portfolio have delivered positive returns so far in CY26, while nearly half have posted negative returns. We highlight the top seven performers, which gained between 15% and 135%. Additionally, we identify the top five laggards, each of which declined by more than 20% during the same period.
