Median salary increment has risen from 10.2% in 2017 to 11.5% in 2018, according to a TeamLease survey.

10-15.4%: Growth in salaries in 9 (out of 17) sectors and in 7 (out of 9) cities.

Maximum growth sectors

• 15.4%: E-commerce, Bengaluru
• 14.5%: Educational services, Mumbai

Kolkata & Ahmedabad were the only two cities surveyed, which exhibited sub-10% growth in more than 10 sectors.
