Direct selling firm Oriflame to buy-out wellness facility; 1st acquisition for Indian arm of Swedish cosmetics firm

Oriflame India, an arm of Swedish cosmetics major, has acquired the manufacturing facility to fulfill the increasing sales demands in India.

People familiar with the plans told ET that Oriflame’s acquisition target was based in Uttarakhand and talks were at an advanced stage.
