Freshworks launches its recruitment management software, Freshteam

BENGALURU: Cloud-based business software provider Freshworks has launched Freshteam, a recruitment management software that helps businesses organise their talent acquisition function, engage with candidates and better align the human resources function to business goals.

Using Freshteam, recruiters can manage the entire recruitment process on a single platform.

In addition to the standard market features such as job posting management and interview scheduling, recruiters can attract talent thro ugh multiple sourcing channels including social media, contextually collaborate with hiring teams, engage with candidates directly from the application tracking system, build candidate databases that help archive candidate profiles and leverage a mobile-friendly version.

"During the early days of Freshworks, it was a big challenge to get the candidate experience right. Our talent acquisition team needed a unified way to manage all the touch points of the candidate's life cycle, much like how customer interactions and sales leads are managed through a CRM," said Freshworks CEO Girish Mathrubootham.

"As we tried to solve for it, we wanted to build a solution that puts candidate relationship management right at the centre of an organisation's talent acquisition process. So, we built Freshteam."
