Deepti said the first change she made was giving up sugary drinks. According to her, these beverages can contribute to fat storage and water retention, making the face appear puffier.

Instead, she opted for lemon water, coconut water and green tea.

White bread swapped for whole grains

The creator also removed white bread from her diet, saying refined carbohydrates can cause insulin spikes that may promote fat storage.

She replaced it with multigrain bread, whole wheat bread, sourdough and oats.

Packaged snacks replaced with healthier alternatives

Deepti said she stopped eating chips and other packaged snacks because they are often high in salt, which can increase bloating and lead to cravings.

As alternatives, she chose roasted chana, nuts and makhana.

Fried fast food taken off the menu

The content creator also avoided fried fast food such as burgers and fries. According to her, these foods are typically high in fat and salt, which can increase calorie intake and leave a person feeling sluggish.

She instead preferred homemade wraps, paneer or chicken tikka and simple home-cooked meals.

Late-night snacking also discontinued

Another habit Deepti said she gave up was late-night snacking. She explained that eating mindlessly before bedtime can significantly increase daily calorie intake.

If she felt hungry at night, she recommended drinking herbal tea or getting adequate sleep instead.

Other habits she credits for her transformation

Along with the dietary changes, Deepti said she drank 2 to 3 litres of water daily, slept for at least seven hours every night and walked regularly.

She added that these habits, combined with maintaining a calorie deficit, helped improve both her facial appearance and overall physique over time.
