So she's been following a particular diet for the last three decades.The diet which Madonna follows is called the macrobiotic diet which includes eating whole grains, vegetables, fish, etc.
She doesn't rely on fancy diet trends or protein powders, reportedly instead her meals consist of brown rice, quinoa, vegetables, fish, nuts, pumpkins, etc. Also she likes salmon too. Many reports suggest that on a birthday a special salmon dish was being prepared for her in a butterfly shape.
