The talented actor also has a great physique, but he has to put in a lot of effort to maintain six-pack abs. The actor also keeps a keen eye on what he eats and never misses a workout. The actor disclosed that his diet involves eating 7-8 tiny meals throughout the day. His diet is precisely planned to have more proteins and fewer carbohydrates.


He went on to say that he needs eight hours of sleep in order to function during the day. He added that the two essential elements of a healthy lifestyle are sleep and water.

Kartik Aaryan also divulged details on his favourite fruit and vegetable, stating that he enjoys eating lady finger or bhindi when it comes to vegetables.

He continued by saying that although he likes cooked veggies, his diet only allows him to eat them occasionally in salad or boiled form.

The actor also makes fun of himself occasionally and shares videos of eating butter naan; generally, he favours jowar or nachni roti.

When it comes to desserts, Kartik Aaryan admitted that he has an insatiable appetite for sweets. He remarked that he works out more in the gym if he ends up consuming sweets.

In addition, Kartik Aaryan frequently shares behind-the-scenes photos of his gym sessions on social media. He continues by posting multiple images and videos of himself exercising.
