Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Finnish President Alexander Stubb take part in the opening session of the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi.The three-day global strategic forum brings together leaders, policymakers and experts to discuss geopolitics, technology, economic security and the future global order.The Raisina Dialogue, organised by the Observer Research Foundation in partnership with India’s Ministry of External Affairs, runs from March 5–7.This year’s theme is “Samskara: Assertion, Accommodation, Advancement.”Global leaders and ministers attending include representatives from Malta, Bhutan, Mauritius, Seychelles and Sri Lanka.Discussions will cover:* Digital public infrastructure and AI governance* Global security and NATO dynamics* Semiconductor geopolitics and the Taiwan Strait* Climate finance and green partnerships* Maritime security in the Indian Ocean* Global supply chains and economic resilience
