Piyush Goyal challenges Rahul Gandhi on his ‘SIR, Vote Chori’ allegations

Union Minister Piyush Goyal launched a sharp attack on Rahul Gandhi and the Congress over the INDIA bloc’s protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Calling Rahul Gandhi the Congress’s “biggest red flag”, Goyal challenged the Leader of Opposition to answer 10 questions and accused the party of double standards on the Election Commission. He also questioned Congress’s past treatment of former election chiefs and alleged that Rahul Gandhi and his colleagues misbehaved with a three-month-pregnant journalist covering their protest. These allegations and claims were made by Goyal.
