India-UAE target $200 bn trade by 2032; Goyal says UAE intends to Invest $25 bn in six key sectors

India and the UAE are stepping up their economic partnership, with the UAE showing intent to invest another $25 billion in India after already investing around $25 billion. Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal said the two countries are targeting $200 billion in bilateral trade by 2032, while also expanding trade settlements in their national currencies. Goyal highlighted growing cooperation across ports, shipbuilding, space, logistics, fintech, AI, food and energy security.
