Delhi: Now, take your test for learner's license from your home as RTO launches faceless online services

On 11th August, Delhi Chief Minister launched faceless transport services which meant many transport services like learner's license tests, vehicle registration went completely online. Here's how you can avail these services too:

You can now apply for an online learner's license test from the comfort of your home.

Your application will be screened and verified by the motor licensing officer, who will then process your test results. Then your documents will be dispatched by speed post. You can also download an online copy using a link sent by SMS.

Just visit transport.delhi.gov.in and apply for DL/RC/Permit related service, upload your documents and pay the fees online. You can also complete your KYC through an OTP. Authentication by Aadhar is used to verify documents and e-sign. You can also apply for an Aadhar through this website.
