Delhi L-G vs AAP govt in Supreme Court, hearing adjourned to Sept 27 in division of powers case
The Supreme Court posted the matter on September 27 to fix the timeline for a hearing regarding controlling administrative services in the national capital. The Supreme Court has stated that it will resolve the conflict over the power allocation between the Delhi Government and L-G.
