Calcutta High Court stays Visva-Bharati University’s eviction notice till lower court passes an order on the matter scheduled to be held on May 10. Visva-Bharati University had sent an eviction notice to Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen to vacate 13 decimal of land of his Santiniketan residence by May 6.
