‘No doubt Pakistan involved in Pahalgam’: Ex-R&AW Chief backs talks despite terror link
Former R&AW Chief Amarjit Singh Dulat says he has “no doubt” Pakistan was involved in the Pahalgam incident while speaking in Delhi on a letter signed by prominent citizens of India and Pakistan calling for dialogue. He also backs India-Pakistan talks, stating that “talk is always required,” and argues that diplomacy requires engagement even with adversaries.
