BJP president JP Nadda on Wednesday met party leaders, who were involved in Bihar elections, over a dinner meeting at his residence in Delhi.

The meeting was attended by Union home minister Amit Shah, BJP general secretary (org) BL Santhosh, Bihar election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, state in-charge Vinod Tawde and other state leaders. Sources told ET that Shah described NDA's victory in Bihar elections as "a win for entire nation," adding the mandate reflected every Indian's resolve to remove infiltrators from the country.

"People of Bihar wholeheartedly supported the Modi-Nitish partnership," he reportedly said. Nadda also addressed the meeting and talked about drawing lessons from the Bihar campaign for upcoming polls in West Bengal and Assam.
