Bihar elections will start with the first phase of voting from November 6. How to check your name in Bihar SIR Final Voter list 2025

To confirm your voter registration, visit the Bihar CEO website ceoelection.bihar.gov.in or the National Voter Service Portal voters.eci.gov.in. Select the option “SIR Final Electoral Roll w.r.t. 01.07.2025” or “Download SIR Final Roll”.


Choose your district, assembly constituency, language, and roll type. You can search your name using your EPIC number, mobile number, or personal details such as name, date of birth, and father’s name. After entering the captcha, click “Search”. If the name appears, you can download the voter list for your polling station or constituency.

How to download voter ID (E-EPIC)

Voters can download their E-EPIC card in PDF format by visiting voters.eci.gov.in/home/e-epic-download or services.india.gov.in. Log in using your EPIC number and registered mobile number, select Bihar, verify the OTP, and then download the E-EPIC.

What to do if your name is missing or incorrect in Voter list

If your name is not in the list or details are incorrect, you can file Form 6 for corrections or inclusion on the NVSP portal or the Voter Helpline App. Corrections and new entries will be accepted up to 10 days before the last date of nominations for the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025.
