New Delhi: The high voltage election in Bihar will wrap up today with counting of votes from 8 am on, starting first with postal ballots and EVMs from 8.30 AM. Counting of Postal ballots, however, will be completed before the penultimate round of EVM counting, as per recent ECI instructions and in keeping with a long-standing demand by the Opposition parties.

Over 18,000 counting agents have been appointed in Bihar by various candidates to oversee the counting process.
