Bihar Election Voting and Counting Details
Polling for both phases will be held from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Voters already in line by 5 PM will still be permitted to cast their ballots. The final turnout in the first phase of the Bihar assembly polls is 65.08 per cent, the highest in the state's history, the Election Commission said.
