Shah is holding zonal meetings of party workers as BJP has divided the state into five zones. "...In Bettiah, Bihar, I held a meeting with senior BJP workers from the Champaran and Saran regions regarding the upcoming elections and issued necessary instructions. The workers from 45 assembly constituencies across 10 organizational districts in these regions are those who work diligently right down to the booth level. These regions will play a crucial role in forming the government in the state with an overwhelming majority for the NDA," Shah posted on X.
Later in the evening, Shah held a meeting in Patna with BJP leaders from other states, who will be deployed in all the 40 Lok Sabha constituencies of the state. Along with Shah, newly-appointed Bihar BJP election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan, co-in-charges CR Patil and Keshav Maurya, Bihar in-charge Vinod Tawde and several other state leaders were present in the meeting. In the list of Pravasi leaders who will take charge of Lok Sabha constituencies, three MPs have been named from Madhya Pradesh, two MPs each have been nominated from UP, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Jharkhand, one from Jammu and Kashmir and several state ministers, former MPs and former state ministers have been deployed in Bihar for the polls. A team of leaders will further be deployed at the assembly level in the coming week.
On Saturday, Shah will address two workers' meetings at Sarairanjan in Samastipur and Forbesganj in Araria.
