Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of Mohini Health & Hygi, SBC Exports, Axita Cotton, Chembond Chem and Va Tech Wabag, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 11:00AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 85.0 points to 18647.75 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Laurus Labs, Ishan International Ltd., FutureLifestyleFash, Vital Chemtech Ltd. and Keystone Realtors Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 34 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 16 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, HUL, Cipla, Hero MotoCorp, Titan Company and Nestle India were among top gainers, while BPCL, Power Grid, L&T, Coal India Ltd and IndusInd Bank traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 289.64 points up at 62794.44 at 11:00AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, FMCG, Beverages - Alcoholic, Tea / Coffee and Tyres sectors, while selling was visible in Services, IT Enabled Services, Learning & Education, NBFC and Miscellaneous sectors.
