Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of HSIL, Rane Eng Valve, Ksolves India, Engineers India and N K Industries, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 09:59AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 71.45 points to 18184.35 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Party Cruisers Ltd., BEML Land Assets and Team Lease Service, touched their fresh 52-week low.


Overall, 28 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 22 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Axis Bank, Titan Company, ICICI Bank, SBI Life and L&T were among top gainers, while HDFC Bank, HDFC, NTPC, Hindalco and Tata Steel traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 267.19 points down at 61482.06 at 09:59AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Tyres, Cables, Glass and Gems and Jewellery sectors, while selling was visible in Media & Entertainment, IT Enabled Services, NBFC, Industrial Consumables and Electric/Electronics sectors.
