Shares of Vedanta Ltd (number of shares traded: 0.94 crore), ICICI Bank (0.79 crore), Cadila Health (0.74 crore), ITC (0.69 crore), PFC (0.58 crore), SBI (0.55 crore), Hindalco Industries (0.53 crore), DLF (0.50 crore), ONGC (0.42 crore), Idea Cellular (0.38 crore), Infosys (0.38 crore), Tata Motors (0.36 crore), Titan Co. (0.35 crore), Adani Ports SEZ (0.33 crore), PNB (0.32 crore), JSW Steel (0.32 crore), Sun Pharma (0.32 crore), Ashok Leyland (0.28 crore), Bank of Baroda (0.27 crore) and NTPC (0.26 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange around 1:45 PM (IST).
NSE Nifty was trading at 9,635.55 down 0.2 per cent, while BSE Sensex was up 0.10 per cent to 31,220.74 around the same time.
Simplex Infra, Future Retail, Venkys (India), IIFL Holdings, Emami Infra, Cadila Health, Bharat Bijlee, Geo BNP Paribas, Info Edge, SPML Infra, Edelweiss Fin, Can Fin Homes, PSP Projects Ltd., JHS Svendgaard, Kaya Ltd., Colgate-Palmo, Global Vectra, T T Ltd, Endurance Technologies Ltd. and KPR Mill hit their fresh 52-week high during the trade.
However, stocks such as DQ Entertainment, DS Kulkarni Dev, Videocon Ind, Shilpi Cable Tec, Nitin Fire Prot, Karuturi Global, Hindustan Dorr, Hind Nat Glass, High Ground Ent, Guj NRE Coke, DFM Foods, Firstsource Sol, GKW Ltd, SITI Cable Net, Rollatainers Ltd, Kanani Inds, Indian Card Clo, KSS Ltd, Shekhawati Poly and FCS Software touched their fresh 52-week low.
