Share market update: Bank shares up; ICICI Bank gains nearly 3%

NEW DELHI: Bank shares were trading with gains in Tuesday's session.
Shares of ICICI Bank (up 2.67 per cent) , IndusInd Bank (up 0.99 per cent) , Axis Bank (up 0.96 per cent) , IDFCBANK (up 0.77 per cent) , Federal Bank (up 0.68 per cent) , State Bank of India (up 0.64 per cent) , Bank of Baroda (up 0.3 per cent) and Kotak Mahindra Bank (up 0.04 per cent) were among the top gainers.
The Nifty Bank index was trading 0.58 per cent up at 21482.1 around 11:51AM.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 32.30 points at 10344.7, while the BSE Sensex was up 102.1 points at 35063.62.

Shares of Vodafone Idea, BEL, BHEL, SAIL, Ashok Leyland, Tata Steel, Tata Motors, ICICI Bank and SBI were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
