Sansera Engineering IPO subscribed 11.5 times

Mumbai: The Rs 1,283-crore initial public offer of Sansera Engineering was subscribed 11.5 times on the third and final day of bidding on Thursday. The issue saw applications for 13.88 crore shares against the 1.21 crore shares on offer. The portion reserved for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 26.47 times while that for non-institutional investors saw bids for 11.37 times the shares set aside for them. The retail category was subscribed 3.15 times. The portion reserved for employees was subscribed 1.37 times.
