Coriander futures decline on low demand

Market analysts said subdued demand in spot market mainly led to decline in coriander prices here.

Coriander for delivery in November went down by Rs 28, or 0.41 per cent to Rs 6,840 per quintal in 1,045 lots.
New Delhi: Coriander prices on Wednesday fell by Rs 34 to Rs 6,768 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid weak demand at spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for October eased by Rs 34, or 0.5 per cent, to Rs 6,768 per quintal in 3,445 lots.

Likewise, Coriander for delivery in November went down by Rs 28, or 0.41 per cent to Rs 6,840 per quintal in 1,045 lots.
