Guar seed futures decline on low demand
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.

New Delhi: Guar seed prices on Wednesday fell by Rs 8 to Rs 3,956 per 10 quintal in futures trade.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for October delivery was trading down by Rs 8, or 0.2 per cent, at Rs 3,956 per 10 quintal with an open interest of 32,320 lots.
Likewise, for November delivery, guar seed prices decreased Rs 9, or 0.23 per cent, to Rs 3,951 per 10 quintal with an open interest of 21,240 lots.
