Released on September 25, The Vvaan received mixed reviews but reportedly performed steadily at the box office. According to the figures provided by Sacnilk.com, the film crossed Rs 70 crore in India net collections and reached a worldwide gross collection of Rs 92 crore after 25 days in theatres.

A report by Koimoi also noted that the film had reached notable positions in the lead actors' box-office records. It reportedly became the third-highest-grossing film of Tamannaah Bhatia's Bollywood career and the fourth-highest-grossing film of Sidharth Malhotra's career at the end of its first 25 days.
