'Shawshank Redemption'. Andy writes a letter a week for funds for the prison library and when they send a token amount, he doubles it to two letters until they provide the funds. That persistence stood out for me.

Fitness regimen
I try and run 6-8 km five times a week coupled with Pranayama and meditation.
