Ingredients For The Brownie
Coconut flour (1 cup)Almond flour (1 cup)
Monk Fruit (four tablespoon)
Mix them well and keep the mixture aside.
Chocolate Sauce Ingredients

In a fresh bowl, crack two eggs. Add one cup of thick Greek yogurt. Pour the chocolate sauce in the mixture and give it a good mix. Step 4
Now add the premix. Add four tablespoons of protein powder and mix it into a rich, thick batter. Grease your baking dish. Pour the batter. Sprinkle some nuts like walnut or peanuts on top.
In an interview with Indian Express, Shubham shared his journey. Hailing from Pratapgarh in Uttar Pradesh, Vishwakarma explained that his professional journey has been one of continuous growth and refinement. Throughout the years, he has devoted himself to understanding every aspect of his craft—from selecting the right ingredients and mastering nutritional science to perfecting cooking schedules, maintaining accuracy, and recognizing the immense responsibility of preparing meals for an individual whose physical fitness directly impacts their career.
Reflecting on the distinction between working in a commercial kitchen and serving as a personal chef, Vishwakarma pointed out that while hotel chefs prepare meals for large numbers of guests, a personal chef caters to a single client whose dietary requirements demand unwavering precision. Every meal must meet exact nutritional standards while delivering consistency, safeguarding the client's health, supporting peak physical performance, and maintaining complete discretion. He emphasized that the role is significantly more personal, meticulous, and challenging than traditional restaurant cooking.
Talking about the superstar’s diet, Shubham said that Roshan believed in clean eating and is very disciplined. His meals include a lot of lean protein, seasonal veggies, healthy fats. His diet prioritises digestion, energy and recovery.
He also said that the superstar is a foodie and some of his favourite dishes include: Chole, moong dal, bhindi bhaji, pesto chicken, tandoori chicken, paneer bhurji, rosemary roast chicken, mutton curry, grilled salmon, and pesto pomfret.
