However, on Thursday, the 37-year-old finally broke his silence, and took to Twitter to justify the exits, especially after facing backlash from many on social media.
In a string of tweets Agarwal said that some have been asking him why a 'lame-duck' CEO would make changes if Twitter was getting acquired anyway. However, his reasons are simple. While he expects the Musk deal to happen, he is preparing for all contingencies.
