Let the games begin! New Google doodle shows the spirit of FIFA World Cup in Russia

On the first day on FIFA World Cup in Russia, Google treated the users with a special doodle of the sports event. The doodle displayed the spirit of the game with various nationalities, cultures and traditions.

The Doodle collage is created by Gluekit which highlights the diverse art and elements.

The 32 doodles throughout the games will illustrate the artist's interpretation of "What football looks like in my country."


"This year's Doodle series will celebrate the rich cultures and talent of all 32 participating countries by featuring guest artists hailing from each nation!," the search engine mentioned on the website.

During the next one month, men's national teams and players of 32 countries will compete for top rank across 12 venues in 11 cities.
