Kareena’s foodie moments are well-documented. In a recent Instagram Story, she admitted that even after finishing lunch, her mind drifted to dinner. She wrote, "Finished lunch, dreaming of dinner."
In a recent social media post by filmmaker Karan Johar, he captured her love for food. During her son Taimur’s school annual day, Kareena was spotted enjoying a samosa, proving that she doesn’t shy away from indulgence even while managing her diet. Karan shared the moment with fans, playfully highlighting her enjoyment and jokingly calling her a ‘Carbie Doll’ because of the samosa’s carb content.

Her love for food
Kareena Kapoor’s recent Christmas photo dump was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. One shot featured a beautifully decorated Yule log cake, a classic festive dessert, its chocolate frosting textured to resemble tree bark and lightly dusted with powdered sugar to mimic snow. Another captured a decadent cheese spread radiating a gourmet vibe. One picture showed Saif Ali Khan with a plate of pancakes in front of him. 
Earlier posts included two elaborate ice cream desserts topped with whipped cream, cherries, banana slices, and wafers, and in yet another, Kareena could be seen enjoying a slice of pizza alongside her husband.
Her fitness secret
Kareena credits her fitness to a combination of consistent strength training, walking, Surya Namaskars, and small self-guided workouts rather than relying on skin treatments or quick fixes. In a video shared by celebrity fitness coach Mahesh, her routine includes leg rotations, which strengthen the core and improve hip flexibility; leg raises that target the lower abs and tone thighs; kettlebell swings to engage the glutes, hips, and hamstrings while boosting cardiovascular endurance; and crunches that define and strengthen the upper abs, completing a well-rounded core-focused regimen. This approach allows her to maintain a lean and toned physique while still enjoying the foods she loves.Upcoming work
