International tributes poured in for the actor who passed away on Sunday.

NEW DELHI: Tributes are pouring in for Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput from around the world. France-based International Space University (ISU) on Monday paid homage to the 'Kedarnath' star on Twitter. In a detailed note, ISU said that it was deeply saddened by the actor's death.
The 34-year-old actor was found dead at his Bandra apartment on Sunday. According to a Mumbai Police, the actor was under medication for depression.
In the summer of 2019, Rajput wanted to visit ISU's Central Campus in Strasbourg, but wasn't able to due to other things on his agenda. The University further stated that he was a strong supporter of STEM education.

Rajput became a student of Delhi Technical University (DTU) in 2003, which was then known as the Delhi College of Engineering, but left the course to pursue his showbiz dreams. Even after leaving the four-year degree course, he remained fascinated by science and had a deep interest in astronomy.

As part of his research for the film 'Chanda Mama Door Ke', he also visited the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in 2017. Rajput had stayed in the NASA complex to train for his role as an astronaut for the film, which was eventually shelved.
The Hollywood actor is known for posting pictures without any captions. His Instagram bio reads, "Welcome to my Instagram. These images will be posted without explanation, for your interpretation. Enjoy."

Previously, Cena had posted pictures of Bollywood legends Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan on social media when they had passed away in the end of April. During the telecast of 'Bigg Boss 13', he had also shared a picture of model-contestant Asim Riaz.
Back home, the dairy giant Amul also paid a special tribute to the late actor in their unique way.

The new creative captured Rajput's animated avatars from his films 'Kai Po Che!', 'MS Dhoni: The Untold Story' and 'Sonchiriya'. The lyrics of the song 'Ik vaari aa' from his 2016 film 'Raabta', are used as a punchline on the creative.
Industry colleagues Shraddha Kapoor, Rhea Chakraborty, Varun Sharma, Vivek Oberoi and Kriti Sanon attended the actor's cremation on Monday.
