Disha Patani is currently in the spotlight for her performance in Emraan Hashmi's Awarapan 2. The action-thriller, which released in theatres on August 14, has opened strongly at the box office and crossed the Rs 70 crore mark worldwide in its first two days, according to Sacnilk.com. Disha plays the female lead opposite Emraan in the sequel to the 2007 film Awarapan.

Beyond her work on screen, Disha is also known for her stylish lifestyle. The actor owns properties in Mumbai, including a sea-facing apartment in Bandra that shows her simple and modern taste. From its all-white interiors to a sunny balcony overlooking the sea, her home offers a glimpse into her life away from the cameras.

Disha Patani owns a luxury apartment in Khar

Disha has invested in more than one property in Mumbai. According to a Hindustan Times report, she purchased a 1,118.9-square-foot 4BHK apartment on the 16th floor of Rustomjee Paramount in Khar for around Rs 5.95 crore.




The premium residential complex is located in one of Mumbai's sought-after neighbourhoods. The apartment reportedly comes with two car parking spaces. Disha also paid approximately Rs 17.85 lakh as stamp duty for the property.

However, it is her Bandra home that has often caught attention because of its relaxed interiors and sea-facing location. According to GQ India, the sea-facing apartment in Bandra, Mumbai, is valued at approximately Rs 5 crore to Rs 6 crore.

The actor's Bandra apartment is designed largely around a white colour palette. White walls, furniture and curtains give the space a bright and airy appearance, while wooden furniture and indoor plants add warmth to the otherwise neutral setting.

A sunny balcony with sea views

One of the most attractive corners of Disha's home is the balcony. The space features wooden flooring, dark cane furniture and a matching swing, along with several large potted plants.

The balcony opens up to views of the Arabian Sea and Mumbai's high-rise buildings. With floor-to-ceiling glass windows and plenty of natural light, it also serves as a peaceful spot for the actor to relax and spend time with her pets.

Disha is a well-known animal lover and shares her home with four furry companions. Her pets include cocker spaniel Bella, dog Goku and cats Jasmine and Keety. The four even have a dedicated Instagram account, which has more than 21,000 followers.

The balcony's greenery and comfortable seating make it one of the most lived-in-looking areas of the apartment. It also gives the otherwise minimalist home a more personal touch.

Inside Disha's cosy bedroom and minimal living room

The actor's bedroom follows the same soft and comfortable style seen across the apartment. Sheer white curtains cover the floor-to-ceiling windows, while fairy lights, fluffy rugs and a low bed add a cosy feel.

The room has also seen changes over time. Earlier, black butterfly stickers decorated the wall behind the bed, while a leafy wallpaper was later introduced to give the space a more vibrant look. Cotton fabrics and block-print upholstery add subtle colour without taking away from the home's neutral theme.

The living room features marble flooring, white-panelled walls and wooden furniture. An ivory sofa sits beside beige curtains, while potted plants and books are placed near the window. A black pouffe adds contrast to the otherwise muted setting.



The entertainment area has a white console decorated with leafy elements, while a blue and purple dream catcher adds a bohemian touch. A ladder-style rack in another corner displays framed photographs, plants and other decorative pieces.

The dining area continues the all-white theme with carved wooden chairs and a six-seater dining table. A floral centrepiece and tall palm plant bring some greenery into the room, while large windows allow sunlight to brighten the space.

With its sea views, natural light, plants and understated interiors, Disha's Bandra home combines a modern Mumbai apartment with a relaxed, personal atmosphere.
