During the production of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Harrison Ford's co-star Mads Mikkelsen revealed that after completing long and demanding overnight shoots, Ford would skip rest and head out for a grueling 50-kilometre mountain bike ride, showcasing his remarkable stamina and commitment to staying active.

In a 2024 chat with Ellen DeGeneres, the Star Wars star revealed details about his diet. After cutting meat and dairy from his diet, he credits his lean, muscular physique primarily to his nutrition, believing that what he eats has had a greater impact on his fitness than his workout routine.
