Body
“I work out at least three to five times a week depending on my travel schedule. As a rule of thumb, I should be in the gym once every alternate day. On weekdays, I work out for about 45 minutes, and on weekends for more than an hour. I love running. It is a great physio, and also the perfect time for the mind to wander if you’re on a treadmill. I use close to zero weights. It’s mostly body weight training. I don’t work with a trainer. My time at the gym is time with myself. I have a list of 15-20 different high intensity interval training routines, which I circle through on my own.”

Soul
“I meditate daily. It is the most important part of my routine. During the week, I spend about 15 to 30 minutes in the morning meditating. Meditation at nights is a bonus. Music has played a big role in my life from an early age. I’ve been playing the drums for more than a decade. I recently picked up the guitar and piano again. Both these musical instruments are in my living room, so I get 15 to 20 minutes with them every night. It’s one of the best ways to unwind.”

Mind
“Good sleep is key to everything you do for your physical and mental fitness. If your sleep is a mess, it is difficult to maintain your routine. I get a minimum of six hours of sleep daily. Every three to four weeks, I’ll find time to sleep in for eight to nine hours on a Sunday. I also ensure that I have time for solitude within a two-week window. It is so underrated. Allowing time to let the mind wander is key to having original thoughts. It’s especially important in this age where information comes at you all the time and leaves very little room for original thought. Tuning away from all of this is vital to my routine.”I also read at least a couple of books every month. It’s mostly business stuff and sometimes the occasional science fiction read. There is so much out there that one can learn. It’s an endless supply.”
