Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor look all loved up on the day of their mehendi.
Alia Bhatt sure makes a happy bride. The ‘Raazi’ actress looked beaming and radiant in all candid and posed photos from her wedding, which is currently flooding the internet but the most beautiful photos of the event were shared by the actress herself. While the actress shared the main day's photographs, only a few hours after her wedding with actor Ranbir Kapoor, she waited a day to give her fans a glimpse of her dream-like mehendi.
On Saturday, the 29-year-old actress shared some candid photos from her mehendi celebrations, and the love is palpable between her and her husband, in those snapshots. In two of the photos the couple is seen tied together in a loving embrace, while in others the festivities of the day can be seen. In one, the ladkewalas — the Kapoors, namely Ranbir, Kareena, Riddhima, Neetu and others can be seen dancing, while in another snap the actress sits in the midst of her loyal girl pal brigade.
Another very adorable photo shows Alia’s face flashing her 100 watt smile next to the groom’s hand which has her name written in mehendi on it.
In the caption of the photos, the 'Brahmastra' star wrote, “The Mehendi was like something out of a dream. It was a day full of love, family, our beautiful best friends, a LOT of French fries, a surprise performance by the ladkewalas, Ayan playing DJ, a BIG surprise organised by Mr. Kapoor (my favourite artist performed my favourite songs), all followed by some happy tears and quiet, blissful moments with the love of my life.”
The actress wistfully added that there are ordinary days, and then there are days as special and precious as the day of her mehendi.
